I found it was because the most recent MySQL is not compatible with High Sierra. Under Libreoffice it just states that it is not installed, clicking the install button does nothing. It includes all the file versions available to download off Uptodown for that app. I had to go through each one and try and download and install it. If you need a rollback of LibreOffice, check out the app's version history on Uptodown. Therefore, I recommend installing version 8.0.15. It is the latest one that is compatible with High Sierra.
